In these terms, the terms “TestsCareers”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to the operators of the platforms listed above. By accessing any of our websites or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
We reserve the right to update, modify or replace any part of these terms by publishing changes on this page. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Platform use and user eligibility
To access our services, you must be of legal age in your country or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian if you are a minor. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our platforms complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
Accounts created on our platforms are intended for personal and non-commercial use. Each account is strictly personal. You may not share your login credentials, allow access to unauthorized third parties, or distribute our content in any form. Any breach may result in the immediate deletion of your account, without refund, and may give rise to legal proceedings.
You also agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, overload or impair our servers, or interfere with the experience of other users.
2. Refund policy - 14-day money-back guarantee
By purchasing and accessing digital content on our TestsCareers platform, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that this right of access cancels your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the European Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
We strive to provide a high-quality experience across all our platforms. We understand that some users may not be satisfied, which is why we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to certain conditions.
Refund-eligible cases
A refund request will be reviewed and processed within five business days if it meets one of the following criteria:
- Verified technical issue: If you were unable to access your user account or the platform due to a technical issue on our side, and if our support team was unable to resolve this issue within 96 hours of your first contact, a full refund will be issued.
- Significant content discrepancy: If you believe that the content provided is significantly different from that used in a real assessment by an employer or specific sector, you may submit a reasoned request with examples or supporting documents.
- If our team confirms that the discrepancy is substantial, a full refund will be granted.
- If the discrepancy is deemed partial or moderate, a partial refund of 25% to 50% may be granted.
Non-refundable cases
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
- You found the questions too easy or too difficult
- You failed an official test
- You changed your mind or registered by mistake
- You expected to access exact content from an employer
- You found an error in one of the questions or explanations
- You did not use the platform during the refund period
- Any other reason not explicitly listed under “Refund-eligible cases”
Clarification on content authenticity: Our TestsCareers platform provides practice tests designed to help users improve their performance in real assessments. These simulations are inspired by formats, skills and difficulty levels commonly encountered in aptitude and recruitment tests. However, we do not reproduce, distribute or provide access to any exact, confidential or proprietary questions originating from an employer, test publisher, assessment provider or official organization.
Additional refund conditions
- Requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Refunds apply only to individual users. Group or institutional accounts are excluded.
- We reserve the right to refuse requests deemed abusive, repetitive or fraudulent.
To request a refund, please use our contact form and select “Payment, billing or refund” as the subject, including your order reference and a detailed explanation.
3. Billing, access and account information
By registering or making a purchase on any of our platforms, you agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date account and billing information. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in suspension of access or cancellation of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unusual usage behavior or violation of these terms.
Access to our TestsCareers platform is granted immediately after payment. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, any paid access to tests and related content is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. At the end of this period, the relevant access automatically expires, without any prior reminder being required. Your login credentials are strictly personal and non-transferable. Simultaneous access from multiple devices or IP addresses may trigger security checks or temporary account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity associated with your account.
4. Content and intellectual property
All content available on our platforms - including tests, questions, solutions, explanations, illustrations and the general design of the website - is the exclusive intellectual property of TestsCareers LTD or its content partners.
Where our content refers to third-party assessment formats, skills, sectors, employers or test providers, such references are strictly descriptive. They do not mean that our content originates from those third parties, reproduces their official content, or is approved, provided or validated by them.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, resell, modify, publish or use all or part of our content without prior written authorization.
Any unauthorized use of content that may infringe our intellectual property rights or those of our licensors will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to civil or criminal proceedings.
Image attribution
Certain visual content, including but not limited to icons, illustrations and images, used on this website comes from Freepik. These elements are used in accordance with the licensing agreements and intellectual property rights of Freepik.
5. Platform availability
We strive to ensure continuous access to our platforms, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free service. Temporary interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or updates.
We reserve the right to carry out maintenance operations at any time, with or without prior notice. You acknowledge that temporary interruptions may occur and agree that we shall not be held liable for any losses, inconvenience or disruption caused by such interruptions.
6. Accessibility, disability and non-discrimination
We value the principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination, including with respect to persons with disabilities, and we strive to improve the accessibility of our platforms.
However, our platforms, content and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. If you encounter any access difficulty, you may contact us.
7. No guarantee of results
Our services are designed to support you in preparing for aptitude, psychometric and technical tests. However, we do not guarantee that you will succeed in any real assessment.
8. User feedback and content
We welcome user feedback in order to improve our services. If you voluntarily submit suggestions, comments or any other content to us, you agree that we may use them without restriction. You agree that your feedback will not contain any confidential or protected information belonging to third parties.
9. Prohibited uses
You agree not to misuse the platform. Prohibited activities include, without limitation: sharing or reselling your account, copying or extracting content, reverse engineering, using bots, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights or breach of confidentiality. Any such activity may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
10. Limitation of liability
The services offered on our platforms are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to access them.
11. Termination
You may stop using the platform at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or abuse of our services.
12. Independence, third-party trademarks and absence of official content
The platforms operated by TestsCareers LTD are independent test preparation services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, TestsCareers LTD is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, sponsored by or endorsed by any employer, official test publisher, assessment provider, certification body, public or private institution, or any other third-party entity mentioned on our platforms.
The names of companies, employers, tests, assessment providers, trademarks or services that may be mentioned on our platforms are used solely for descriptive and informational purposes, in order to help users identify the types of assessments or skills for which they wish to prepare. These names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.
Our content, practice tests, questions, answers, explanations, simulations and educational materials are created independently by TestsCareers LTD or its content partners. They do not constitute official tests, do not reproduce confidential or proprietary official content belonging to third parties, and do not provide access to any official assessment administered by an employer, test publisher or assessment provider.
Use of our platforms does not guarantee that a user will encounter the same questions, formats, difficulty levels, scoring methods or testing conditions in a real assessment. Our services are intended to provide independent training designed to improve general skills, familiarity with certain question formats and candidate preparation.

13. Affiliate program
If you choose to participate in our affiliate program, your relationship with us in that context is governed by specific Affiliate Program Terms. In the event of any conflict, the Affiliate Program Terms shall prevail.
14. Language
These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original, the French version shall prevail and shall be considered the official and binding version.
15. Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, Internet or telecommunications outages, etc.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Be'er-Sheva, Israel. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
17. External links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over these websites and disclaim any responsibility for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.
18. Product display and accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that the content and visual representations of our products are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that their display on your screen accurately reflects the actual product.
19. Pending payments
If a payment is marked as “pending” and immediate access is not granted, you may try again with another payment method. If you make a second payment, contact our support team to cancel the pending transaction.
20. Errors, inaccuracies and claims
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If you identify an error, please contact us. We reserve the right to modify or update information without prior notice.
21. Mobile applications
If you access our services through our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with the terms of use of the relevant store. TestsCareers LTD is responsible for the content, performance and functionality of our applications.
